Junior Team Volunteers

Hi to all players and families, welcome to another year of Junior football. Our first game will be upon us soon and as you can appreciate it takes a great deal of time and effort to get a team on the ground each week. Therefore we rely parents / families to help out with the various game day duties. The club expect each family to help out their child’s team throughout the season. There is a range of duties listed below which you can volunteer for. These duties will be rostered as required. Please nominate which of these duties you would prefer to perform. The club is willing to help out with any training or information required to perform these duties.

• Team Manager – This role is for the season

• Runner

• Time Keeper

• Trainer

• Water Person

• Boundary Umpire - Not required for U8 / U12 / U16

• Goal Umpire - Not required for U16

• Field Umpire - Required for U8 & U10. May be required if no WRFL umpire available for U12 / U14 / U16

• Umpire Escort - Not required for U8 / U10

• Canteen Assistant - Home games only. A separate roster will be required for Friday nights

• Set Up Ground (first game of the day) / Pack Up Ground (last game of day) – Home games only

• Jumper Washing & Snakes / Oranges will be rostered weekly

 The club realises some families have players in multiple ages groups and we will do our best to be fair to all.
