Sunshine Football Club Membership & WFNL Registration 2025

Please take some time to read over this information as it explains how the membership fee is structured and the changes that have been made from previous seasons as the league (WFNL) has moved to PlayHQ.

Registration Process

• Registration and Payments are all completed via PlayHQ for new and returning participants.

Register for Sunshine Football Club

Important Notes:

• No membership is confirmed until such payment is made.

• This registration/membership process is for all players from Under 8 an up.

Under 8’s

$125.00 for each player + WFNL Fee of $22.00 total of $147.00

Under 10’s to Under 16’s

$275.00 for each player + WFNL Fee of $22.00 total of $297.00

Note: When registering multiple siblings on PlayHQ, please ensure to register under the same login email address to receive a 20% family discount for additional children.

Government Vouchers

The Victorian Government is offering discount vouchers for children up to 18 years of age.

Note: If you have a Voucher code, enter it on the Payment & Summary screen. A discount will be applied at payment.

Under 18.5

$275.00 for each player + WFNL Fee of $22.00 total of $297.00

Thirds

$275.00 for each player + WFNL Fee of $37.00 total of $312.00

Seniors / Reserves

$400.00 for each player + WFNL Fee of $37.00 total of $437.00

Payment options:

• Option 1 – Pay in full upfront at registration on PlayHQ using Credit / Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal

• Option 2 – PayPal Pay in 4 x Equal Monthly Instalments on PlayHQ, this will be setup using PayPal as the intermediary

• A 1.8% Service Fee will apply to all transactions. This is a PlayHQ Fee. The fee will be added to the transaction total
